VOTE NO ON AMENDMENT 2.*
What scares me the most is that most people don't even know that this is going to be on the NOVEMBER ballot.
Could you imagine how this amendment, if passed, could affect you or perhaps someone you know? How it can affect our possible future families? And at the end of the day - how will it do ANYTHING to help those who say yes?
I urge you to think outside the obvious Presidential Election (Go Obama!) that will take place on November 4 and please join me in voting against this.
WHAT IS AMENDMENT 2?
·A PERMANENT BAN on same-sex marriage, civil unions and domestic partnerships;
·Denied access to family health insurance and hospital visitation rights;
·Institutional second class citizenship of all unmarried couples, gay or straight.
It is obvious that this amendment threats the rights that we currently have in the State of Florida. Friends I urge you to spread the word.
